**About You**

We are seeking an exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, terrific attitude and a desire to learn and grow. This role suits someone with a keen interest in brands and consumer goods, and 1 - 2 years office experience.

**The Role**

The Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, as part of the Brand Management team, with responsibility for day-to-day tasks, approvals and supporting the team. As you progress within the team, you will be become involved in generating new business (sales) and managing licensees. This role will involve travel from time to time within the UK and internationally.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

- Assist day-to-day management of licensees
- Coordination and tracking of all licensee product development and approvals
- Ongoing governance of licensees to ensure contractual requirements are being met
- Manage development of sales materials
- Complete tracking, monitoring and analysis of royalty reports
- Research product markets, industries, categories, and trends
- Identify and source prospective new licensees
- Assist in negotiating new license agreements and managing contract process flow

**What You Need**
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Minimum of 12 - 24 months’ experience in an office or commercial environment
- Experience in brand licensing/retail/sales advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluency in English; multi language skills advantageous
