**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy to monetize our video content archive effectively.
- Identify and pursue potential licensing opportunities with platforms, broadcasters, advertisers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in the industry to facilitate licensing deals.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements that maximize revenue while protecting our intellectual property rights.
- Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and optimize licensing strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end licensing process, from initial outreach and negotiation to contract finalization and content delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports on licensing activities, revenue performance, and future growth prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in content licensing within the media or entertainment industry.
- Extensive knowledge of intellectual property rights, copyright law, and licensing principles.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships with potential licensing partners and industry professionals.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive deals to successful completion.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital media, viral content, and the evolving landscape of online entertainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field, though not required, is a plus.
