We are looking for a Licensing Lead to join our team and develop the retail and licensing business at F1.

Main

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop business strategies across licensing and retail business to drive high-growth opportunities.
- Drive improvements in the effectiveness of licensing processes internally and externally to ensure high department growth, and subsequently F1 growth.
- Manage yearly revenue targets for licensing division growth across budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage existing team and identify efficiencies across departments to drive revenues
- Maximize opportunities with licensing partners
- Identify opportunities to further develop ecommerce business and develop omnichannel opportunities across trackside and ecommerce
- Foster relationships and identify opportunities to partner with key retail accounts
- Devise regional strategy to grow business in key territories
- Work in tandem with new business team to onboard and prospect new opportunities

About You
- Educated to degree level in relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in licensing / retail industry
- Experience of managing and delivering high-growth licensing programmes.
- Financial experience - budget analysis, P&L analysis, forecasting, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and analysis.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Planning, evaluating and managing budgets.
- True passion and vision for licensing
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically.
- Proactive, able to define and manage a team of driven individuals.
- Excellent communicator (spoken and written) with the ability to clearly communicate vision and strategy.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and driven by clear/ concise communication (documentation, workflows and diagrams etc.).
