Inventory Control Specialist

We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for an initial 6 month contract for our client based in Crewe.
In this role you will be responsible for keeping track of inventory changes. Working alongside the transport team, order management and agent support you will need to use your leadership skills and market knowledge to find low cost-efficient solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage stock that is obsolete, redeploying this stock to other areas of the business
- Completing traded paperwork in line with Brexit guidelines
- Completing weekly reports and hosting meetings with the commercial team
- Running reports, creating orders and invoice queries
- Dealing with shipping from the UK to various locations
**Requirements**:
- GCSE Math, English and Science minimum grade C or equivalent
- Excellent PC skills and proficient using SAP in a similar role
- Working in a pressured time constrained environment with the ability to make effective decisions
- A team player with a flexible approach
