We are searching for a Systems & Warehouse Technician to support our operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the division/company.

Responsibilities

The Systems & Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting the preparation, management and maintenance of our sports timing and measurement systems. They will support a number of cross-function teams including event operations and research & development to enhance the overall efficiency of our services.

Role Overview:

  • To support the maintenance, repair and testing of sports timing and measurement hardware.
  • To assist with the development, manufacture and QA testing of sports timing and measurement systems.
  • To assist with the preparation of equipment for events prior to shipping.
  • To support various workshop and warehouse tasks, including shipping and receiving equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting quality control checks, and supporting special projects as needed.
  • To streamline warehouse operations, leading to faster equipment preparation, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery of equipment to venues.
  • To maintain accurate inventory records and minimise equipment discrepancies before shipping.

Experience

  • Experience maintaining/repairing, configuring and QA testing electronics hardware.
  • A high level of computer literacy with some knowledge and experience of computer networking.
  • Experience operating and maintaining sports technologies such as timing systems, measurements systems, LED display systems etc, preferred but is not essential.
  • Previous warehouse experience would be preferred but is not essential.
  • Forklift Truck license or the ability to gain one within three months (with support of the company).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication skills with other team members, site leadership team and internal and external customers.
  • Excllent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
