Pod is excited to be working with a medical device company who are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Cheshire for 10 months (Maternity Cover).
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Supply Chain function, ensuring timely, reliable, predictable and cost-effective product availability.
Work with freight and transport teams (internal and external) to manage the inbound and outbound flow of products
Lead and facilitate the monthly demand planning meetings with commercial leaders to achieve the consensus forecast by integrating statistical forecasts with qualitative input.
Develop a rolling 18-month demand plan by facilitating the process with the commercial and supply team.
Previous experience in Production Planning/Raw Materials/Supply/Demand Planning ideally within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP)
Excellent communication & relationship building skills
