**Job title**:Sales Operations Analyst

**Location**:Crewe/Hybrid

**Duration**:9 months initially

**The role**:
Accountable for organising, monitoring, coordinating and controlling operational or specialist activities of the department/function/project (as appropriate). Providing an overall departmental/functional/project (as appropriate) support and co-ordinationrole utilising technical/analytical skills and operational/business knowledge. Working within a team/working closely with first line/project manager (as appropriate) and liaising with all levels of the business.

**Assignments**:

- Develop and maintain regular reporting /database information
- Create new reporting in Excel & Tableau in line with departmental self-serve strategy
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely generation and distribution of departmental information
- Produce presentations/ or reporting, and provide administrative support to ensure task co-ordination and consistency
- Plan and maintain departmental personnel training and developmental activities

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and logical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrable, proficient planning, organisational and operational skills
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Budget management
- Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions
- Numerate and computer literate
- Demonstrating the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects with fast-pace deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience of strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-starter with ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven analytical and organisational capability
- Working knowledge of SAP desirable
- Strong Excel skills
