Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a unique, rapidly growing business in Melksham to recruit a Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant, varied opportunity that will be heavily involved with overseeing thefinance activities across the business, implementing systems and processes and working closely with senior management whilst contributing towards key business decisions. This will be well-suited for an experienced individual that is passionate, keen to add value and thrives in a fast paced workplace. The salary is between £35,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefits.

**The Role**

The main duties of the Finance Manager will consist of:

- Managing all aspects of purchase and sales ledger; processing and raising invoices, matching purchase orders
- Maintain the fixed assets register
- Producing cash flow forecasts on a weekly basis
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Weekly payment runs
- Monitor and reconcile supplier accounts
- Assist with a system implementation
- Implement and improve processes/procedures

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Finance Manager role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

- Must have experience within a similar role or Assistant Accountant level role
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience using Sage or Xero would be advantageous
- Experience in improving processes and procedures would be preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised

**Salary & Benefits**
