**What does the role involve?**

Our Quotation Team are responsible for generating quotes for our customers who are looking to lease a new commercial/specialist vehicle. It's a small, close knit team who form part of our wider pricing team and play a vital role in ensuring we accurately provide quotes that allow customers to see the breakdown of their lease agreement.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Generating quotes that come in from our Sales and Account Management teams for new commercial/specialist vehicles
- Reviewing each quote to ensure its detailed correctly and accurately keying it on our system
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of the quotation process
- Finalising and amending quotes that have progressed to the order stage

We have a hybrid approach to our ways of working which for this role would see you work from our modern office in Trowbridge a minimum of 2 days per week.

You'll be someone who takes great pride in your attention to detail and enjoys methodically working your way through a process. You'll be comfortable learning new systems and not be daunted by the use of Microsoft Excel.
