What does the role involve?

This is a 9-month, Fixed Term Contract.

As a Technical Control Administrator, you will process supplier manual authorisation requests and estimates, clearly detailing components and repair costs for the vehicles. You will use your negotiation skills to drive down these costs and ensure the vehicles are back on the road safely. To ensure that you are set up to be successful, full training will be provided with the expectation of attending the Trowbrdige office up to 5 days a week. Once training is complete you will have the option to adopt the hybrid working model. Working hours are from Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Ensuring customers are updated with the progress of their repairs in a polite and concise manner
- Authorising all expenditure on the fleet up to authorised level
- Supporting customers with negotiations regarding supplier invoices

What are we looking for?

You're a tenacious problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet. You have a real sense of drive to get things done promptly and efficiently and have a can-do approach to assure the customer is always being taken care of. You are able to closely follow defined processes but also possess the ability to think outside the box and challenge as and when required.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Team Player
