**Service Desk Manager**

**West London, office based 4 days per week**

**Permanent - £50,000-£65,000 **(depending on experience) plus bonus & benefits

Are you looking to join a well established UK business with over 3000 staff and a cutting edge IT function of circa 300 people, that genuinely do care about it's people? You will also get the opportunity to work on cutting edge and exciting projects, responsiblefor the transition to new services, and working in an environment with microservices, automation and AWS cloud services.

We are currently looking for an Service Desk Manager to come and take the reins of an established 8 person, 1st and 2nd line IT support team.
- Having managed established Service Desk teams, mentoring, motivating, training and developing the team along the way.
- A background in IT Support and Service Operations, supporting users on Windows and Mac operating systems, software and hardware and more.
- Experience working with Windows 10, Mac OSX, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, InTune, JAMF and more.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, communications and stakeholder management.
- Ideally you will have worked in a modern day high functioning technology environment. Familiar with on premises and cloud hosted services.
- Highly beneficial to have experience working in modern day agile methodologies and working environments.

You will be expected to be on site at least 4 days a week in the West London HQ.
