Junior Office Administrator

MNM is currently seeking a new part time office junior to join us within our growing office.
Must be computer literate
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
A good telephone manner is essential
Confident and approachable when meeting and greeting visitor
Ability to cope under pressure
Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a willing attitude and eagerness to learn
Well organised individual with the ability to prioritise tasks
We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
Experience is NOT essential as all training will be provided.
Duties will include a variety of duties but not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with day to day office tasks
Greeting Clients in a friendly manner and provide any necessary refreshments
Filing, typing, scanning and photocopying
Help maintain a clean and organised office environment
This role is Tuesday - Thursday, 8.30am until 3.00pm. These hours can be increased once full training is completed after probation period of 6-8weeks
Salary TBC
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 per week
