**Purpose of the Role**:
To proactively co-ordinate the all-round lining business activities; acting as the main point of contact both internally and externally. Ensure service delivery is of a high standard resulting in excellent customer satisfaction and commercial results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically program and administer all NWL work.
- Main point of contact and liaison with NWL and Esh Group.
- Main point of contact for all Lining Engineers.
- General support for the UK Lining Manager.
- Contacting customers and the booking in of jobs.
- Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
- Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
- Liaison with CCTV and Jetting Department.
- Generate the monthly valuation
- Regular meetings with key stakeholders.
- Collection and organisation of CCTV footage.
- Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with ‘O’ Licence requirements.
- Invoicing.
- Coordinating and booking training.
- Maintaining PPE levels.
- Administration of My Compliance.

**Key Measurements**
- Internal KPI data measuring several Key Performance Indicators
- Financial return of the Lining teams delivering work on the ground
- Yearly appraisal results and performance against company targets
- Unit availability and performance against maintenance targets

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in managing staff in an office/ site environment
- Experience using Microsoft packages (advanced Excel desirable but not essential).
- Higher level education (desirable but not essential).
- Good attitude with desire to learn and progress in their career.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite and approachable at all times.
- Excellent telephone and negotiation skills.
- Must be detail conscious with a high regard for accuracy and well organised.
- Excellent administration skills are required.
