**WHAT TO EXPECT**

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Develop a business aligned vision for technical delivery of simulation technology.
- Technical leadership to drive function, quality, cost or timing improvements on programmes.
- Establish and deploy best technical practice. Knowledge transfer in terms of formal training, and mentoring. Champion TAS modules in the specialism and create new modules
- Thorough understanding of both internal and external customer attribute and technology requirements.
- Development of process and reports to ensure consistent and robust delivery of their technology or attribute.
- Expected to teach, mentor and present internally and at world class conference.
- Assist when necessary, with the operation of new facilities and development of associated staff during this period

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- In-depth knowledge and technical expertise in specialist technologies, complex systems and tools and processes.
- Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and manufacturing systems and tools.
- Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders.
