Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Education or equivalent IT/AV experience.
* 2+ years of tech troubleshooting and support.
* Ticketing and client relationship skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teleconferencing and video management.
* ITIL Framework certification.
* Audio system experience.
