As the sole Talent Acquisition Partner for the Fund business, you will act as the key resource in the attraction and recruitment of high calibre talent in an increasingly competitive market, for the UK, Ireland & Luxembourg.

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Partner with key stakeholders to lead and drive our employee experience strategy
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition vision and strategies, in response to evolving market conditions and trends
- Being a key contributor to the wider HR team, working to develop people strategies that ensure that we attract, engage, enable, and retain our employees
- Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees, ensuring a fair and consistent process and with Inclusion & Diversity infused throughout
- Build strong interpersonal relations with hiring managers, key department heads, and the HR team to guide and drive the recruitment process
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
- Monitor and analyse recruitment data, understand trends, and report progress to help drive people action plans
- Direct the development, management, and maintenance of role profiles to ensure that the elements achieve expected results
- The position is responsible for providing routine updates on information such as open positions, time to fill, expenses, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and oversee all new hires processing (pre-employment screening, coordination with HR, sharing benefits information)
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities
- Communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter who can work both independently using their initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues.
- Enjoy working with people and can interact with stakeholders and external bodies in a professional manner
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience
- Excellent, interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across diverse businesses, cultures, and levels of leadership
- Knowledge of digital talent solutions and comfortableness with how to leverage technology to drive talent success
- Ideally have experience working in a global organisation (advantageous but not essential)
