Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business from store leadership, healthcare central operations and Retail Business Partners to manage a high volume of Optical and Pharmacy vacancies that require both proactive sourcing and reactive volume candidate management.As the go-to sourcing specialist for your function you will find and confidently engage candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds. You will proactively build talent pipelines, share best practice and support your hiring managers to ensure we have the right talent, right place, right time.

• You are credible, internally and externally, influencing and advising as appropriate, challenging the status quo
• You are self-motivated with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, retail is fast paced and you will have to prioritise and communicate effectively
• You’ll have a strong recruitment background, gained within an agency or in-house
• Providing a best in class experience to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders will come naturally to you
• With a passion for all things ‘sourcing’, you will constantly be developing your skillset and are excited by emerging technology that enables you to do your job better and easier
• You make data driven decisions, spotting trends and insights to inform judgement and best advise the business and stakeholders
• You’re proactive and solution orientated, facing challenges head-on and are driven to deliver
• Experience of recruiting in Optical or Pharmacy would be desirable, but not essential, what’s more important is your true passion
