**Job Summary**

The People Analytics Process & Implementation Consultant will play a central role in ensuring delivery of the mii People Analytics solution, working with Liaison NHS Clients to improve business intelligence across the whole system within multiple organisations.

**Principal Tasks & Activities**
- Scoping and project planning
- Understanding the clients’ requirements
- Providing best practice advice
- Configuration
- Data integration
- Developing new reports and metrics
- Holding client facing meetings on occasion
- Assessing and processing data, ensuring internal governance processes are applied
- Ensuring quality control data received, data integrity and processes are followed
- Working with colleges and clients to specific and design HR Intelligence system requirements and reports
- Quality control of new features and reports that are implemented into the HR Intelligence system
- Coordinating with the technical team for new client implementations, such as data mapping, requirement clarifications and new feature requests.

**Experience required**
- Essential:

- Business Analyst experience - gathering requirements and implementing best practice solutions
- Experience of analysing, designing, and building Ad-Hoc reporting requirements
- Conduct On-Site and remote training programs
- Good level of familiarity with various data formats, CSV, XML etc.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of report writing and analytics tools
- Experience in workforce analytics and metrics
- Product Owner Experience
- Advanced Excel
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good customer facing skills.
- Experience of guiding customers and internal stakeholders on solution configuration and best practice processes
- SaaS/workforce product and industry knowledge and best practice
- Product testing
- SSIS
- T-SQL

**Skills & Competencies**
- Essential:

- Ability to manage a full project rollout and associated product adoption activities
- Ability to be pro-active and take the initiative as the service matures
- Great communication skills
- Ability to act as an escalation point for customers
- Able to manipulate data in Excel at an advanced level
- Appreciation of workforce orientated metrics and analytics.
- Holding a logical approach to data and reports
