**Position: Office Coordinator**

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the office operations. This position is responsible for daily office operations and support staff.

40 Hours per week, working from 9am
- 5pm on weekdays.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce RAMS and quotes for sites. Produce quotes using sage
- Create whatsapp groups each week
- Upload all photos onto server from whatsapp groups.
- Update Mondays once photos are uploaded so people can make HOPS and certs
- Create all groups on server each week
- Send HOPS and invoices to be approved.
- Upload photos onto excel for surveys
- Plan rota, create a site folder containing all RAMS/Drawings engineers may need
- Chase outstanding PO’s and approvals
- Update QPL with certs and ensure expired certs are renewed
- Update bright HR with electricians certs and insurance documents
- Sign and add addresses on EICRS

Essential criteria
- Good communication both written and verbal

Experience is not essential but preferred.

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
