ABOUT YOU

You will have:

- Experience as an HR advisor, relating to ER matters.
- Strong knowledge and case management experience of ER procedures and processes such as disciplinaries, grievances, awareness of diversity, inclusion and equity topics, and employment law topics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and appropriate for all levels, internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient word processing and HRIS experience.
- Great interpersonal skills, with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
