Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint an Inclusion Coordinator and DSL to join our academy in September 2024 on a full time, permanent basis.

- As the Inclusion Coordinator and DSL, you will promote a learning environment which supports high expectations. You will lead the Inclusion team ensuring that student learning and achievement needs are met, whilst contributing to and ensuring the effectiveness of the Inclusion team. You will model the vision and values of the academy and the Trust and receive and act on feedback to build on the strengths and improve personal performance within the academy systems. You will communicate clear purpose and vision to the Inclusion team, leading on all aspects of inclusion. You will always promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people. You will also carry out the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in the academy.

Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The Academy opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16.
