This is an on-site role, basic plus achievable commission.

Being part of our Onboarding team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, focusing on explaining our various payment solutions. **Main Responsibilities**
- Respond to and convert agency and contractor leads
- Provide a ‘Best Advice’ approach to offering solutions based on a variety of different scenarios
- Handling general objections and closing sales
- Ensure all leads are chased, and followed up across at different times of the day to make the most of the referrals ensuring a high level of conversion
- Upsell Tax Return package
- Keep up to date with changes to the service at Crest and retain knowledge of compliance metrics
- Liaise with Operational teams to escalate customer issues
- Ensure all appropriate systems are kept up to date with relevant information

**Skills, knowledge, and experience required**
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience in a similar environment advantageous
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A positive, empathetic, and patient way of working and thinking
- A true Team Player
- Articulate, a clear understanding of the English language on a professional level
- Ability to build inter-departmental relationships
- Comfortable working to KPIs, hitting and exceeding set targets
- Multi-tasker
- Confident communicator, with the ability to influence effectively
- Fast Learner of our levels of service and understanding of how payroll works
- Good communication skills -written and verbal
