**Job Location**:Chester Business Park

Being part of our Customer Service Team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, focusing on providing a high level of customer service to our contractors. You will deal with a variety of queries ranging from questions about payslips, compliance documents, and payment timescales. We require people who are proactive, articulate, and passionate, and who believe in going above and beyond for our clients. If you are hardworking, driven, and motivated by working in a high-paced role, we would like to hear from you.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Making outbound calls in response to messages left and callbacks
- Handling general objections
- Upsell Tax Return package
- Keep up to date with changes to the service at Crest and retain knowledge of compliance metrics
- Liaise with Operational teams to escalate customer issues
- Ensure all appropriate systems are kept up to date with relevant information

**Skills, knowledge, and experience required**
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A positive, empathetic, and patient way of working and thinking
- A true Team Player
- Articulate, a clear understanding of the English language on a professional level
- Ability to build inter-departmental relationships
- Comfortable working to KPIs, hitting and exceeding set targets
- Multi-tasker
- Confident communicator, with the ability to influence effectively
- Fast Learner of our levels of service and understanding of how payroll works
- Good communication skills -written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
