Our staff serve a local population of nearly two million people. We have more than 230 services including inpatient wards, outpatient, and community services. We provide inpatient care for over 5,000 people each year and we treat more than 45,000 patients in the community in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, and Croydon.
As well as serving the communities of south London, we provide more than 50 specialist services for children and adults across the UK and beyond.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- To support the multidisciplinary members of the Perinatal Mental Health Team by providing an efficient, timely, effective and well-organised administration service within the team based at Lark barrow House, Bethlem Royal Hospital.
- To support the perinatal multidisciplinary team and be able to provide key duties such as reception cover/front of house, processing new referrals and managing the outpatient clinics.
- To work closely with the Team Lead and Business Manager on the initiation, development and evaluation of service-related projects.
- This role requires discretion, the ability to take initiative and work unsupervised with a degree of autonomy.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills

- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- NHS System Knowledge
- Epjs (desirable)
