We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Improvement Coordinator, based in our CAMHS team in Oxfordshire.
The role will work with the Thames Valley Children & Young with Complex Needs Programme and provide overall project support to the programme team.
You'll be joining an expanding service, within a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team that supports children and young people suffering with mental health issues - you'll have an opportunity to really make a difference.
You will be required to liaise with the multi-disciplinary team, wider professionals, carers and clients in a confident, helpful and effective manner.
You will also be required to liaise with partners across the system and partnership, which will require robust communication skills. With this role, you will be skilled, enthusiastic and motivated to learn.

**The main duties will consist off**:
- Providing overall project support to the programme team
- Managing action logs
- Developing progress reports
- Developing communications for the team
- Co-ordinating workshops
- Collating data and information
