Ledwood are looking to recruit a **Procurement Assistant **to join our Head Office in **Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- To convert order requisitions into Purchase Orders, and input details on procurement/accounts system.
- To assist the business in ensuring that all procedures are adhered to and all receipting of goods received notes are done correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Entering goods received notes on to procurement/accounting system, filing of delivery notes.
- Provide close support to the procurement team in all steps of the procurement process
- Maintain purchasing databases and folders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding the delivery of purchase orders and expediting where necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers and vendors.
- Support the Accounts Team with supplier invoicing queries, processing of invoices.
- Booking out/issuing of stock, stock reports, and procurement of stock items.
- General Administration duties as and when required
- Any other tasks as instructed.

- Experience within a project-based environment is desired
- Previous experience working within Oil, Gas, Renewable Energy (Engineering/ Construction) Industry is desired.
- Experience in a procurement or supply chain related role is desired
- Knowledge of direct and indirect products associated with steel/pipework fabrication/construction is desired.

Internal training will be given on the Supply Chain Software.

**More Information**:

- Salary will be dependent on experience
- Hours per week: 38 hours
- Full Time Position working in our Main Office in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire
- 25 Days Annual Leave plus Paid Public Holidays (Pro Rata in first year)
- Onsite Parking
