**About Our Client**:
This client is a well known large, global corporate business based in West London.

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Coordinating complex international travel (including visas), transfers and accommodation
- Producing complex and full itineraries and collation of relevant documentation needed
- Organise logistics for complex meetings, conferences and events
- Produce and collate presentations
- Produce Po's. process expenses and deal with purchase invoices
- Provide assistance in the form of mentorship and guidance to more junior Admin team members
- Assist HR with new starters and leavers
- providing all relevant documentation
- Assist with project wok as and when required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have worked at a C-Suite level previously for a large corporate business
- Have a professional outlook and be prepared to work across time zones
- Have a strong understanding of the commercial needs of your leader
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a strong ability to prioritise
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work office based
