The role is based in Mayfair, 4 days in the sensational offices with its own gym, and 1 day working from home. There are 17,000 people employed worldwide with 20 people in the head office in Mayfair, 4 of which are EAs who all support each other when needed. Administrative support to the CFO and ad-hoc to the COS (including managing daily calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements).
# Manage international travel and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings, accommodations, visas and transport.
# Handle all incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and prioritise urgent requests.
# Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for internal and external use.
# Manage communication between the CFO’s office and other departments, ensuring that information is relayed efficiently and professionally.
# Process and track the CFO’s expenses and reimbursements using Concur following company policies and timelines.
# Assist in organising finance-related events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
# Collaborate with other EAs and project teams to ensure alignment and effective support for key initiatives.
# Handle ad hoc troubleshooting requests from the CFO to resolve day-to-day issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
