**About Our Client**:
As a Customer Service Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

- Act as the first point of contact and manage day to day Retail and Distributor activities and correspondence
- Build and maintain relationships, reliability and efficiency of data processing
- Manage ongoing calls/ updates through regular client meetings
- Understand client objectives and feedback/translate to internal teams
- Processing and updating international orders and forecast information to the demand team
- Presentation of new product development and other product updates
- Explore and identify opportunities within potential new accounts

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Live locally to Royston
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Motivated, driven, enthusiastic
- Proficient with MS Office
- Problem solving ability
- Ideally experience within Customer Services/ Account Management
