**Sales Executive**

£22,000 - £28,000 Basic DOE (OTE £24 - 31K), Henfield (own transport essential) Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Parking

**The Role**

Due to fantastic and continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a managed security equipment business in Henfield. Working as part of a small and dynamic team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for building B2Brelationships, generating leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.
- Outbound business to business calling
- Lead generation/creating and monitoring sales pipeline
- Recognising potential opportunities and understanding client's requirements
- Creating long term and effective business relationships
- Appointment setting
- Selling the company's systems and services across the telephone to a variety of construction project stakeholders

**Requirements**:
We would expect the successful New Business Executive to have experience working in a Sales based position (telesales, estate agency or recruitment backgrounds are ideal). As a predominantly telephone-based role, you will be very comfortable talking on thephone and have confident communication skills to initiate conversation and build rapport with prospective clients.

Up to £28,000 + uncapped bonus (average 10% of annual salary)
