**About Us**

Out and About Campers specialises in VW & Ford camper van conversions and sales. We pride ourselves on manufacturing luxury campers with a unique look that sets us apart from the rest. We design and build everything in house at our workshop in Henfield. We currently have a team of 10 people and are looking for a marketing executive to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
**Social Media Management -** Create content and manage paid ads. Build consistently on our online brand.

**Photography & editing -** Of stock vehicles, products and the workshop. To be used for the website, adverts, and social media content.

**Shows & Events -** Book trade shows and attending trade shows based around England to showcase our latest stock and services. Constantly work to improve the look and feel of our stand.

**Design -** Create marketing material such as guides, handbooks, leaflets, flags and more.

**Strategy -** Carry out market research. Implement google ad and social media strategies that align with our business goals. Analyse data from google and social media to track performance and plans for improvement. Research new products & services within our industry.

**Reporting and Administration -** Report performance to management every quarter. General office administration and phone calls.

**Sales - **Assist the sales advisor during busy periods with sales visits and handing over campers.

**Website **- Work with an external marketing company to maintain and update our website. Write blog posts to help website SEO.

**Stock **- Update multiple camper sales websites with our current and incoming stock. Keep up to date with the best places to advertise.

**General assistance** - Be a team player and get involved with other elements of the business when needed.

This is a full time, office-based role with occasional weekends away at shows.

Working Hours - 8am - 4:30pm. Monthly Saturday rota (9am-1pm) Trade show attendance during summer

Saturdays and shows will be rewarded as lieu days or overtime payment.

Must Haves:

- Strong project management skills
- A minimum of 2-Years experience,
- A full UK drivers licence
- Be able to commute to Henfield.
- Knowledge of adobe suite is preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset
