This is an amazing opportunity to join our SEO team as an SEO Content Specialist on a 12-month FTC.

You will oversee the creation of informational SEO content across four core markets, with a particular focus on the UK website. As an SEO Content Specialist, you will be responsible for writing copy and ensuring content is optimised and visible to both customers and search engines.

Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will also support the execution of the SEO content strategy and roadmap. This is to support RS in establishing itself as a solution provider and assist in creating new industry pillars to enhance our brand authority.

In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve our content offering and work with cross-functional teams to collaboratively drive success on projects.

**What you will be doing**:
In this position, you will coordinate targeted SEO content across four core markets. This involves topic selection and providing feedback on agency monthly deliverables and monitoring SEO content performance. In the UK specifically, you will write new content and optimise & edit existing content in line with SEO initiatives. You will work with other teammates to action insights, close content gaps and coordinate opportunities for new content to be created.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate targeted SEO content for other teams, and assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO optimisation strategy. You will support the SEO Manager to establish SEO content pillars and contribute to the development of a comprehensive informational content taxonomy for core markets, ensuring optimal SEO performance through well-structured content clusters.

Additionally, you will assist the SEO Manager in enhancing content creation capabilities through AI in parallel with agency-created content. Working with an AI content provider, you will streamline processes and capabilities by incorporating technology and human oversight steps to ensure adequate governance across all aspects.

This role includes overseeing one direct report, the SEO Content Apprentice.

**What do I need to be successful?**

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

- Two or more years’ experience in the digital marketing landscape with a strong understanding of SEO practices.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience using a CMS to create content, edit copy, publish articles, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- You’ll keep up to date with industry changes and demonstrate a commitment to furthering your SEO knowledge.
- Knowledge of A.I. and preferable experience using A.I. tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Pro-active, driven attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Time-management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
