**Position Overview**:
As our SEO/Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. You will be responsible for optimizing our content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and assisting in the creation and implementation of effective SEO strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing and SEO especially within the financial services and private equity arena.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comfortable and experienced in working with product managers and developers in scoping out and writing out new website feature requirements
- Prescriptive hands-on approach to supporting our Content Team to produce prospect/customer-friendly content that supports acquisition and awareness
- The iterative approach to conversion rate optimisation, in ensuring we’re constantly monitoring and optimising on revenue-driving opportunities
- Track, monitor and help report on SEO campaigns to understand what is driving revenue and growth
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable keywords for our content strategy.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, for SEO.
- Assist in developing and implementing link-building strategies.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years SEO experience, ideally within a startup or working for a financial services company.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- You have a proven track record of driving outstanding business results through SEO for even the most complex global sites
- Tech & web-savvy with a strong technical skill set. Existing knowledge of technical SEO, SQL, and HTML is a big bonus
- You enjoy working with data and have experience with web and SEO analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, and rank monitoring software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also highly desired
