Do you love giving an unforgettable guest service over the telephone? Are you excited about working with an incredibly friendly team?
Due to the increase demand within reservations, we are now recruiting additional Reservations Agents to join this busy team.
**The Role**
You will learn all about our wonderful estate, rooms, restaurants, spa and the rates we offer to our guests in order to cater exactly to our guests’ needs.
**Maternity cover starting from March 2023 until April 2024.**
**The Person**
In this role you will build relations with our managers across the Estate, so excellent communication at all levels is required.
Ideally, our Reservations Agent will have prior hotel bookings experience however we are happy to consider travel, holiday or corporate bookings experience.
You will have a great telephone manner, be thoroughly organised, have impeccable attention to detail and IT skills so that working with our Bookings System will not phase you.
The Reservations team will work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered. The shifts are 0700-1530, 1030-1900 and 1430-2300.
Alongside a basic salary of £24,000, you will have the opportunity to earn an additional £4,000 per annum with our commission scheme.
