Job Title: Reservations Manager – Luxury Hotel

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Surrey

We are seeking a Reservations Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel. In this role, you will oversee the efficient functioning of the central reservations department while optimizing revenue from both food & beverage and room bookings. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of achieving sales objectives and will possess the ability to cultivate, mentor, and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the reservations and guest services departments
• Assist with inquiries related to reservations
• Recruit, train, and nurture the team
• Meet and exceed all performance targets
• Maximize revenue opportunities
• Build strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients
• Establish an effective process for managing guest complaints
• Demonstrate leadership through example

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership capacity within room reservations
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Res Diary is preferred
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations
• Sales-oriented and target-driven
