In this role, you will oversee the central reservation department, ensuring efficient operations while optimizing revenue from both food & beverage and room bookings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of achieving sales objectives and will be adept at nurturing, training, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations and guest services departments
  • Assist with inquiries related to reservations

Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector
  • Experience with Opera Cloud and Res Diary is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven
