**What you will do**
Working directly with the Head of Marketing of General Medicine and Inflammation, in this vital role you will have full responsibility for the development of, and execution of strategic brand plans. You will work with UK and Global colleagues on:
- The strategic and tactical brand plans for Repatha
- Co-creation for European brand plans and tactical planning
- Budget responsibility to include forecasting, managing operating expenses and delivering budgeted sales
- Analysis and interpretation of sales data, KPIs, market research and trends
- Lead cross-functional brand team activities and provide guidance to others
- Work closely with the sales and access leaders to align field force activity and engagement
- Development, delivery and evaluation of integrated omnichannel plan and development of promotional materials across multiple channels

You would be joining a dynamic marketing department working across the portfolio of General Medicine and Inflammation brands during which you will be working alongside highly skilled marketers. You will lead multiple different aspects of the marketing mix, including interactions with customers and insight generation, operational planning and tactical execution.

- Marketing or Business degree/qualification (CIM or similar)
- Marketing experience in pharma company in a UK market
- Fully fluent in regulatory frameworks and ABPI code of practice
- Experience in shaping and delivering strategic and tactical brand plans
- Experience in creating account and customer segmentation
- Experience of working with and leading without authority a cross functional team
- Experience of working with Omni Channel including digital
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
- Ability to translate tactical plans into operational plans
- Ability to analyse and track data
