**Position: Sales Representative**
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will work with the Director of Sales, Marketing, and the Operations team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response to customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service through follow-up on unresolved issues.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within a set time limit; follow-up with customers to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication with other departments.
- Follow-up on outstanding accounts to ensure long-term growth.
- Follow-up on leads to ensure that the company is keeping its promise to retain and grow its customers.
- Analyze account information using CRM tools to determine potential sales leads.
- Develop a list of prospective customers using prospecting software or online databases.
- Report sales results as required by management.
- Attend industry events such as National Trade Shows, Trade Shows for Other Industries, and the National Association of Sales Professionals (NAP) Annual Meeting & Exposition (AAHE).
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Salary**: £21,326.00-£24,722.00 per year
