Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Salesperson to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a Field Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our security and fire products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide quotes to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the security and fire industry
  • Knowledge of security and fire safety products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Technical background in security or electrical systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
