Field Salesperson Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Salesperson to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our security and fire products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling and promoting security and fire products to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform tasks such as cold calling, product demonstration, preparing quotes, and negotiating contracts for new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of security and fire safety products.
  • Access to your own car and a Full driving license.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Technical background in security or electrical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable).

What We Offer:

  • An impressive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with an OTE of £20,000 - £30,000.
  • Fuel allowance and business expenses.
