Field Salesperson Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Salesperson to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a Field Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our security and fire products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts for new business
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tracking tools to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of security and fire safety products
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a Full driving license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical background in security or electrical systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with an OTE of £20,000 - £30,000
  • Fuel allowance and business expenses
