**Job Purpose**

The primary purpose of the Money Management Administration Assistant is to aid the smooth running of the Money Management Team (MMT) function through the provision of effective administration support.

The role will act as a first point of contact between the team, other services and stakeholders with regards to MMT administration tasks and duties.

The postholder is expected to communicate with a range of internal and external customers. A professional, efficient, flexible and helpful approach is required to provide support, information and the ‘first point of contact’ for internal and external customers. The postholder is expected to have sound administrative and organising skills.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the continuity of the Money Management service by providing an efficient and effective administration function to the team
- Supporting the Money Management Team with administrative tasks, organizing and progressing the full range of business support administrative activities for our front-line service which provide Appointee ships for the people we support.
- Managing, recording and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Completing manual banking and post office duties
- Compiling timely and accurate internal and external communications
- Using IT packages to create reports and keep accurate records
- Providing accurate, efficient recording of information onto systems and databases.

This role requires a person with full driving license and access to a vehicle as this will be a field based role visiting AFG services.

This role is Band I as per our banding structure.
