Ian Williams has an exciting opportunity for a client-driven **Business Support** **Administrator** to join its established and thriving team in Chipping Sodbury. **We offer a hybrid environment; a blend between home and office-based working.**
Our Business Support team provides a comprehensive administrative and telephone support service to local business units across the UK. Business Support are integral to the operational team’s successful delivery of our repairs and maintenance services, and we seek someone who relishes being such an important part of a successful maintenance business.

**The Business Support Administrator role**:
You will value first class customer service and enjoy facilitating strong working relationships within your immediate and wider teams, internally and externally to ensure the continued success of Ian Williams within our responsive maintenance work stream.
Core tasks will include:
- Conducting a wide range of scheduled and reactive administrative tasks including answering high volume calls from customers, operatives and managers, data input, timesheet and wages processing for payroll runs, invoicing, letter writing and high volume, multiple mailbox management.
- You will also be responsible for supporting the procurement and ordering of site materials, processing purchase order numbers, taking queries from the operatives, contracts managers and the client/customer whilst seeing tasks through to completion/resolution.
**What will I bring to the Business Support Administrator role?**
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent (to include Maths and English)
- You will have an **initiative-taking and adaptable** approach to work; we are not looking for the finished article, but welcome and encourage anyone with customer service based administrative experience and the right **willingness, drive, and commitment to deliver **to apply
- Excellent IT skills MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (basic level),
- A pro-active and can-do attitude for a fast-paced, reactive office environment is a real must.
