**About the role**

As an HR Project Administrator you will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support, including diary management, meetings and events organisation. This role will be supporting a key HR project that aims to articulate workload principles for all members of staff.

You will communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for this project. The role is based in our Client Services team and will work closely with the Project Manager, Director of Client Services and the wider team.

**About you**

You should have sound administrative experience, strong IT skills and an interest in people management. You will be a confident note-taker for meetings, ensuring accurate and timely records are kept.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively. Organised and adaptable, you will take a positive approach to managing a busy workload whilst ensuring attention to detail.

You will have a proven ability to communicate sensitively and effectively, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

You will be able to work partly remotely or fully office-based. Remote and flexible working will be considered on an individual basis, depending on team roles, locations and logistics
