Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in our practice Dentalcare Swindon. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

**About The Role**
- Hours - We are looking for an applicant who can work** 40 hours** per week: Monday - Saturday
- You will provide the highest levels of patient support and professionalism at all times
- You will be managing a busy Reception with a high number of telephone calls, patients and staff to support - It is therefore important that you have outstanding telephone manner and excellent customer service / communication skills - and that you want to put patients’ interest first
- You will be tasked to assist with various administration, filing and other tasks as required by the team
- We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual to join our happy team and assist in our growth. It is also important that you are friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure
- Up to 28 days paid holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
- We are a recognised "Investors in People" company

**About You**
- It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients’ interest first.
- You will have an ability to work in a team, whilst highly capable to mentor and manage others.
- You will have completed a Secondary / GCSE or similar qualification
- It is essential that you are a highly responsible, reliable, diligent, and hardworking individual
- Dental Reception and SOE/Exact Dental Software experience would be preferred (although not essential - as training can be provided)
