**Working Hours**:10.00am - 18.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Stonegate Farmers are seeking an Administrator to join our busy Transport Department based at our facility in Lacock, Wiltshire. As our Transport Administrator you will provide support to Stonegate’s transport team, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately to the company and customer standards. We are looking for someone with the skill and desire to progress into Transport Manager.

We deliver daily from hen houses right across the country to the most exclusive restaurants and to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets, together with first class egg products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Transport team with planning and scheduling across the department.
- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, assigning drivers and vehicles.
- Ensuring compliance with the companies safe systems of working. and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Handling any customer complaints, escalating where necessary in a timely manner.
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments.
- Giving and receiving requests for bookings slots.
- Performing administrative duties such as raising purchase orders, work requests, and updating our “Vision” system.
- Monitoring and recording refuelling of vehicle.
- Ad-Hoc duties as required.

- Quick and effective descion-making ability.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- BSc in Business Administration, or equivalent administrative qualification.
- Proficient across MS Office Suites, particularly Excel & Word.
- 1 years’ experience within Administrative role, ideally within a Transport capacity, but not essential.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
