We are pleased to assist our valued client for their permanent opportunity for the role of Customer Service Support Co-ordinator.

Fulltime permanent office-based role Monday to Friday 08.30 -17.00 based in Warwick.

This role wold suit a person with excellent communication skills, build rapport with client and colleagues both internally and externally. Computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally used MRP/ERP systems.

Main duties are to administer the processing of sales orders to meet the agreed delivery dates and provide customers with efficient and supportive after sales service whilst developing strong customer relationships.
- To create accurate electronic sales orders, inputting all the necessary parts, customer and price information. Ensuring communication with customers and colleagues to meet agreed delivery dates.
- To contribute to a helpful and prompt customer service response to non-conformances and queries by professionally taking details from customers and assisting with the administration to address them.
- To effectively administer consignment stock, raising stock transfers; sending accurate invoices to customers for stock used and resolving discrepancies.
- To promptly finalise and generate customer invoices with the relevant carriage charges, this also involves the daily scanning of all despatched orders.
- To promptly notify the Purchasing Team and Electrical Workshop of production orders and shortage requirements and accurately keeping order records updated.
- To proactively chase open non-conformances when they reach two months old.
- To contribute to the success and development of the Company by championing, supporting and being involved in other projects as required.
