Bionical Solutions are proud to be the UK's largest home healthcare provider, putting patient safety and quality of care first.

We are looking to recruit a Scheduler to join our SPA 1.0 team to work as part of the Scheduling Team, providing knowledge, intelligence, and scheduling skills to ensure patient visits are covered by a qualified and appropriately trained Bionical employee.

**The role**:

- Work with Senior Scheduler to implement operational/system plans to ensure delivery of service contractual KPIs whilst maintaining quality as standard
- To contribute to improving the quality and performance of the Baxter SPA department
- Continuously reflecting on clinical team schedules and alerting Senior Scheduler to any resource requirements and where possible identify opportunities to develop effective and constructive solutions to the challenges and obstacles
- Build, review and monitor working schedules per region/service including uncovered, on day, in week and future rotas
- Manage patient agreement, status, creating visits, ad hocs and accompanied visits as in service and/or region as required
- Identify unscheduled visits on day, in week future and formulate plans to re-allocate as required
- Liaise with Operations to ensure effective organisation, planning and implementation of plans for patient rotas
- Support submission, approval, and removal of availability for Permanent resource and bank availability
- Participation in team meeting, training, and activities locally and business wide as necessary
- To support junior members of staff in the department
- Update and maintain confidential client records and files electronically and where required manually
- Updating clinical systems
- Reviewing processes and procedures to increase efficiency
