Scheduling and Optimisation Manager

Severn Trent is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of critical emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works, as well as managing workflow and redistributing work in response to changing priorities and service levels.
This role is a perfect entry point into Severn Trent, allowing you to make a significant impact on the smooth day-to-day running of operations. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, to manage their expectations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum, plus shift allowance, and a range of benefits that recognise great work and help you reach your potential. You will be based at our Pride Park site, where you can park for free, and work within a strong and supportive team.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong administration skills, particularly in the use of our planning tool Click to prioritise and schedule customer-appointed and proactive work. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and meet business needs.
