We are looking for a talented Scheduler to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team at Severn Trent. As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our field operations in Water and Waste.

You will be responsible for making sure our field operations are on time and right first time, across the region. This involves using our planning tool Click to schedule both customer-appointed and proactive work to our field technicians and repair crews, while also managing workflow and redistributing work in response to changing priorities and service levels.

As part of our Field and Contact Centre Operations, you will work closely with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, local planning authorities, and customers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and meet business needs. We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus shift allowance, and a range of benefits that recognise great work and help you reach your potential.

To succeed in this role, you should be flexible, able to switch between different tasks, and thrive under pressure. You should also be proactive in the use of continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques to identify issues, solutions, and implement best practice solutions.
